Whilst 'my' brick wall will always be my favourite place to take outfit pictures, once in a while it's lovely to take my photographs in a different location. I've been to Southbank twice in the last week (visiting the Namco arcade on both occasions, of course!), so both times I just had to ask my mum to take some photographs of me - the Houses of Parliament and River Thames make such a beautiful backdrop! I also recently bought myself a new lens for my camera which my mother and I have been gettin' used to, and as the quality is so great I thought I'd feature some slightly larger photographs in this post for a change. I'd love to know what you think? I've had a pretty darn nice week, I have to say. I've had the last ten days off work, so plenty of my time has been spent with my family who came stay in London, along with taking a brief trip down to Bournemouth! As always I've been instagramming aplenty, so do follow me (jazzabellediary) to see what I've been up to over my holiday! Just to say thank-you for all of your lovely comments on my last post, I'm still feelin' a little sensitive and unconfident, but as silly as it sounds I'm quite proud of myself for being brave enough to pose for these pictures in such a busy place! Love, Jazzabelle.

  5. These photographs are stunnng, you are such a photogentic character! I really like the size of these and the way they have been displayed, the whole scene is like a story. I get anxious posing for photographs in public places also, I find myself feeling more awkward than usual but when people aren't around I feel a lot more at ease. I'm going to remain shy forever I think :P Hope you had a wonderful time, I remember I went to London a couple of years ago and fell in love with the place!

    1. thank-you katie, that's really kind. yes, i always feel so awkward! most of the photographs look absolutely awful as it was so windy and i kept on moving about, but i just kept thinking that most people would just assume that i'm a tourist anyway which helped to to relax a little.

i hope you are okay! x

  29. You're such a beauty Jazz. You have the most incredible eyes. Golly! I completely appreciate what it takes to put together an outfit post as I've only recently tried my hand at it. Flip, it's difficult! I'm hoping to improve with practice, but I completely admire your posts. They all have the same organic and sophisticated look about them [= x

  47. You look stunning and I love, love this outfit, perfect for this weird weather we are having at the mo. It's so odd because Barry my bloke works just across from Big Ben over near number 10, but as I've always got the kids we can never get good photos of my outfits there. Maybe when they both turn 18 I can get some hahaha. Seriously love these photos! xxx
